Decreased Stress, Anxiety, and ADHD Symptoms
School students with a current diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) who learned the Transcendental Meditation Technique displayed after three months reduced stress, anxiety, and ADHD symptoms, as rated both by teachers and by themselves.
